If you've tried to work things out with the staff and/or supervisor, and have not been able to improve the situation or resolve things, then this web page offers you a private place for your to register any concerns or complaints about services involving Cumberland County JCPC programs, the Council itself or any issues relative to program/staff interactions with the Court Counselors office ... please use it seriously and not as a general "gripe" page. Choose any from the following options what you may have already done regarding these issues or concerns (remember, this page is a 4th or 5th step in negotiating conflict or resolving interagency problems):

Spoken directly with the program's supervisor(s)
